A Creative Life is meeting the unknown with curiosity
We are all born with the potential to live a well-balanced and creative life
We all have unique and valuable qualities that are needed in the world
We have more creative potential than we may be aware of having
Holistic counselling considers every client’s unique needs and physical, psychological, social, and spiritual well-being. It is a client-centred approach that uses the client’s innate potential to self-regulate and self-assess development.
Together with the client, we focus on challenges that hinder life energy flow, such as anxiety, depression, lack of self-confidence, stage fright, and demanding life transitions. In addition, I help clients accept and integrate challenging situations, such as losses, change of workplace, and various transitions, into their lives.
What is Creative Life
I work with the clients to build their creative life approach by landing into a deeply relaxed, empowered state of being. It is about looking at life as it is, enjoying taking risks, living courageously and fully, growing.
Building a creative life approach means learning to slow down when things are too much; show up in the world; participate; expressing one’s truth; meeting people; forgiving; being compassionate; changing the routines; being vulnerable; living life to the full.
